Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Deposits for photoshoots are non-refundable but may be transferred with 48 hours notice.
Digital products and image licenses are non-refundable once delivered.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used solely for fulfilling orders, communication, and improving services.
We do not sell or distribute your data to third parties.
Image Licensing
All images remain the intellectual property of Rush Urschel / Creative Perception.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights, not ownership.
Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
Photoshoot Agreement
A 50% deposit is required to secure booking.
Final payment is due upon delivery.
Turnaround time is typically 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Model Release
By participating in a photoshoot, you grant permission for images to be used for portfolio, promotional, and commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
